For this publication design, I created a cover and three 2-page spread for Real Estate, a luxury real estate magazine. The magazine features pictures downloaded via VanderHorn Architects.

I wanted to focus on communicating luxury and sophistication. This magazine shows well-made, designed, and decorated houses. I chose too include both interior and exterior photos of homes because the exterior photos provide our readers with a holistic view of the property and the interior photos bring more of a personal touch.

Through a blend of luxury, thoughtful font choices, and high quality photography this magazine shows a visually appealing look into the world of upscale real estate.
